High Blood Pressure, the assasinator, which is killing you slowly and mysteriously

These days, every third human being is having high BP. The sad part is, since there are no diagnostics, you could not even be thinking of it. Untreated above normal bloodpressure can even lead to heart attack or failure of your kidneys. Few characteristics, which result in high BP can be checked, so we can at least control them. The one and only way to find out if you have high blood pressure is to get your BP observed. The secret nature of this disorder declares it an appropriate Silent Killer.

Your brain is very important to you and because of its multiple significant purpose the blood that flows to it requires to be in smooth and free manner. Very high, chronic BP will ultimately lead blood vessels to crack up. The leakage of blood from these splitted blood vessels is very much possible in the brain. The leakage of blood into the brain can also cause stroke as this affected part of brain would become numb. There are multiple narrow arteries available in brain and if any of these get packed by a blood clotting then it may cause a stroke. You would experience severe headache, difficulty in speaking, a light paralysis on one portion of your body for example dumbness or weakness of arm, leg or face, when you recieve a stroke.
